Candle 1 See a light, like a candle flame. Every breath makes it brighter. Now that you are inside it, it becomes a beam of light carrying you up and up, until you reach the sun. Bathing in the sunlight, your body gets lighter and lighter as you are filled with sunlight and become a part of the sun. All crossness, unhappiness, coughs and colds melt away in this healing sunlight and you feel full of love for everything.
