Centre 1 Try, as you look up at the sun, to find the central point, the Spirit, the eye of God, and make every effort to approach that centre. Looking at the sun will bring you nearer to the centre of the solar system, and at the same time your consciousness will bring you nearer to your own centre, the Spirit. If you do this work consciously, you will discover the new world of forms and waves and colours that lies between you and the sun and you will be filled with peace, freedom, strength and light. (O.M.
