Doorway

Sit quietly with (your eyes shut and picture) the sun shining down on the little light in your heart.
As you breathe in the light, your little light grows brighter and bigger until you feel you are sitting right inside it.
Now look carefully. Can you see a doorway in the light?
In your imagination walk through it into the heaven world.
I wonder what you will find there?

Through an archway we see a heavenly fantasy skyscape. In the distance a palace floats in the sky above the clouds. The sun shines gloriously. A young woman dressed in flowing finery is just beyond the arch, on a rocky outcropping. She gazes at the fabulous scene.
