Embed the Sunrise/Sunset It is possible to strongly embed the Sunrise and the Sunset on one's inner eye. This is most easily done by repeatedly attending sunrises and sunsets. This can then be recalled at any time as a source of strength and light. The following video (1m49s) is an excerpt from 'Sudden Deaths', episode five of the film series Paracelsus (Claregate Films, ~1985). In it Paracelsus (played by Jeffrey Daunton) explains how he embedded the sunrise and sunset in Egypt to Commander Canstatt (William Roache). They then meditate together briefly on the Sun. |
