Fiery Sun In the same way that iron or steel becomes flexible and pliable enough to be given another shape if it is dipped in a red hot fire, so the divine fire (or Love) takes man’s distorted, asymmetrical form and makes it into a new and radiantly harmonious one. The first thing is to attract the divine fire so that it will transform your character, ideas, habits and inherited appetites by living inside you and setting your heart on fire. It is no good counting on my lectures or explanations or anything else, you will not resemble the sun until the inner fire is lit. If you go to see the living sun as it rises each morning, you will establish a bond with the divine fire. Give it all your love and attention, your heart and mind, and you will feel the ardent flame beginning to burn inside. What is the Holy Spirit? The divine fire, the sacred fire of the sun. (O.M.
