Mirror of Healing

Imagine your heart is like a little mirror.
Think of the glorious light of God, like the sun,
Shining into this mirror
Till it blazes with light.
Imagine this light shining on the person
Or the animal you want to help.
See the light making them strong
And well and happy.
See them too, shining like the sun.

Under a soft, glorious sun, we see a sole grey heron wading across a wetland. As it wades, it creates ripples in the shape of a round mirror.
