Preparation 4 Each day the sun rises, alive and vibrant, sending treasures of light, heat and life throughout space. But there are still some of you who remain insensible to the sunrise, as if there were a screen between you and the sun. And that is so: the life you led the day before, or in the preceding days, has created that screen. Some of you do not realize that your actions, thoughts and feelings might have a harmful or a beneficial influence when you contemplate the rising sun, and that is why the sun means nothing to you. If you come inwardly prepared to watch the sunrise, you will understand that the sun is a living being, a dazzling world, home to the most highly evolved beings. Thanks to the sun, you can find a solution to all your problems. Yes, because the sun can offer you far more than heat and light: it has the power to open up your mind and your heart. (O.M.
