Reincarnation into Earth Try to imagine you are being pulled right up into the heart of the sun, drawn up by a ray of light, as though it is a piece of golden elastic that has been stretched down to you and pings back to the heart of the sun with you attached. Then, after a little while, resting and bathing in the sunshine, a great ray of light takes you back down into the dark earth. Imagine yourself now, as a little golden seed of light.
