Renewal The sun sends luminous particles of the greatest purity throughout space, and if you know how to concentrate, you will be able to rid your body of many of its old, dull, worn-out particles and replace them with these new ones that come from the sun. This is an extremely useful exercise you can do in the morning at sunrise: with all your heart and soul, strive to capture some of these divine particles and take them within you.
