XXI - The World Keywords Divine Perfection. World of Eternal Light. Advanced New Golden Age on Earth. Completion of a Great Cycle. Immortality. Eternal Life. Inner Peace. Harmony. Wholeness. Cosmic Consciousness. Moksha = Liberation from the Wheel of Rebirth. Synthesis. Attainment. Spontaneity and Stability. Collective Life. Moving On. Fruit/Seed. Themes The personality is now strongly identified with the Higher Self (or not). Life is predominantly lived for the collective. Any personal needs are kept simple. The ideal of divine perfection keeps us evolving!! The fruit also bears the seed. Back To Earth for another life? Back to Earth in the etheric as a Bodhisattva, helping others to be freed? Or move to a different part of the universe, a new star system? Or even to a different universe? Or close to God, as God, embedded in everything? Or not. The seed may be rotten. Back To Earth for another life? Off to a world more hellish than even Earth? Comparisons Judgement (XX) has passed. The souls have been weighed. For those with a heart lighter than a feather, there is a New Golden Age. They live and move in a world of eternal light and divine love. This may be on Earth - as Heaven on Earth - if there are enough others. For those who have been found wanting, the World suggests a return to a world of limitations and suffering. Notes & Quotes "All human beings, whatever their level of evolution, are called upon to progress again and again. If they don't make any effort, it is very often because they imagine the path is closed to them. But it might in fact be open. They must try their hand at various experiences to know what they are capable of. Even if they are not able to go very far, they must keep in mind that divine perfection is the goal of their life on earth. Divine perfection is of course an inaccessible ideal, but they must strive to attain it so as to build their future. They will then be able to master the disparate thoughts, feelings and desires pulling them in all directions and weakening them, and direct them, according to their own intentions, in their pursuit of regeneration. Every day there is much science to master, discipline to accept, and effort to be made. And that's what is so wonderful: we are in continual movement, making progress and rising upwards. The whole meaning of life is contained in this pursuit of divine perfection." (O.M. Aïvanhov) "Be perfect therefore as your heavenly Father is perfect. The teaching of Christ leads human beings towards the realization of the highest ideal there is: to resemble that divine model they carry within themselves. What more is there?" (O.M. Aïvanhov, ‘You Are Gods’, 2002, p.20) "For the Greeks, a cosmos was a being that had fully expressed its potential in the sense world; a fully grown tree or plant is a ‘cosmos’, the earth with all its rocks and beasts is a ‘cosmos’, and not least the human form is a ‘cosmos’. Such a being is always a fully expressed wholeness. Chaos for the Greeks was the opposite. Xaos comes from the verb stem Xa, to yawn or gape. It was that state of matter out of which all form could arise, also a wholeness but as yet unexpressed. In some versions of the Greek creation myths the world began as a chaos and was brought into evolution by Eros, that is, through the power of love directed towards an aim." (Pearl Goodwin) [PWP comment: Here, ‘cosmos’ is The World, ‘chaos’ is The Fool, ‘Eros’ is all the other major Arcana.] "It is difficult to put the word ‘finished’ incarnations onto people... simply because... are they only finishing here, or have they finished everywhere?... as there are multiple universes, and many other areas in the Cosmos to be... Therefore what we are faced with is, “What does the word ‘finished’ really mean?”... I think it is very difficult, because I do believe wholeheartedly that people have finished with Earth - lots of people have - and have come down to help. And, perhaps, in coming down to help, have been drawn into the world, and maybe have also put their energy into temptation at times." (Lilla Bek, 1995 reading for Bruce Mitchell) "Remember that this land is of your own making. You can fill it with both good and evil for everyone carries both deep within them." (Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki) "The command "Be ye perfect" is not idealistic gas. Nor is it a command to do the impossible. He said (in the Bible) that we were "gods" and he is going to make good his words. He will make us into a god or goddess, a dazzling, radiant, immortal creature...a bright stainless mirror which reflects back to God perfectly." (C. S. Lewis) "The new heaven and the new earth are something we bring forth." (J. Sig Paulson) "There are many Worlds, each one might have been." (Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki) "To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world." (Unknown) "True morality, true religion is summed up in this precept given by Jesus, ‘Be perfect, as your Father in heaven is perfect.’ The gulf between human beings and God is such that one wonders why Jesus gave us an ideal which surpasses our imagination – to be perfect like God himself! Well, Jesus knew exactly what he was doing. Because in the material world, it is good to be satisfied with little things, to be grateful and thankful for each one. But on the spiritual plane, we must never be content; we must be ambitious, insatiable, striving to reach the highest and most inaccessible ideal: perfection. We must ask for every heavenly gift. Yes, in this case, ask for one hundred percent… in order to obtain at least one percent! And you must ask for light – ask that your thoughts, feelings, actions and physical body become suffused with light. The word ‘light’ summarizes and condenses all the good things we could possibly imagine. It expresses all that is most pure, most powerful, most beautiful and most sublime: God himself." (O.M. Aïvanhov) |
