XVII - The Star

The Star tarot card

Keywords

Great Potential. Hope. Renewal. Reorient to God. Higher Guidance. Inspiration. Intuition. Imagination. Finding Your Soul’s Purpose. High Ideal. Spiritual Community.

Themes

A star symbolises the transpersonal Self, the Spirit of God within, a guiding force that brings order.

This is a time to listen to the inner voice and be guided. This is a star.
Ensure you have a high ideal. This star will help you to your destiny.
Find your soul's purpose, why you are really here on Earth. This is your star.

As The Star shines on all creatures, it is collective. So, the hope and promise is a Universal Community of Light - brothers and sisters as warriors of Light - working together for Heaven on Earth. We - rather than I - guided by Great Spirit. Many stars shining forth with Heavenly Light.

Comparisons

The woman from Strength is now able to manipulate and direct all that instinctual energy into creative projects for the benefit of all creatures.

The light that shines from The Hermit is personal, whilst the light of The Star blesses everyone and everything.

The Star is a card of waiting, like The Hermit and The Hanged Man.

Only after the darkness of The Devil and the reckoning of The Tower can we see The Star. The forces of Light are sending assistance to the fledgling warriors of Light.

After the destruction of The Tower made by men comes The Star, wrought by Great Spirit. This is an opportunity to connect with a new heavenly lifestyle.

The Star is a spark for a world kept in the dark, as we will become clearer in the sequence of The Moon, The Sun, Judgement, The World.

Do not speak."
